CDA 110 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch)

CDA 110 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch)

SKU: CDA110 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) Category:

C11000 (CDA 110 / Cu-ETP) Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper CDA 110 ETP, SAE J461, ASTM B124, ASTM B152, ASTM B187, ASTM B188, ASTM B272

High electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and solderability. C11000 is used for welding fixtures, anodes, bus bar in electrical power installations, ground straps, commutators and current carrying hardware. Its inherent fabrication qualities readily permit it to be bent, soldered, drilled, peened, riveted and formed to fit almost any design specification. This beryllium copper has excellent hot workability.

Common Fabrication Processes
Blanking, Coining, Copper smithing, Drawing, Etching, Forming and Bending, Heading and Upsetting,
Hot Forging and Pressing, Piercing and Punching, Roll Threading and Knurling, Shearing, Spinning,
Squeezing and Swaging, Stamping

Round, Square, Rectangular, Hexagonal, Hollow, Tube, Profile, Sheet, Plate

Note: This is a high conductivity copper which has, in the annealed condition a minimum conductivity of 100% IACS except for
Alloy C10100 which has a minimum conductivity of 101% IACS.

Note: Oxygen and trace elements may vary depending on the process.
